Our Equipment

Forging Machine
Fugo is equipped with a 2000-ton press, used to improve the flatness of clad plates after explosion bonding or annealing.
Laser Cutter
Fugo is also equipped with a laser cutting machine, maximizing material utilization and ensuring high cutting efficiency, effectively reducing both material and labor costs.
Polisher
Fugo is equipped with automatic polishing machines and semi-automatic polishing machines. The automatic machine is designed for polishing wide plates, ensuring a high-quality and consistent surface finish.
Annealing Furnace
The electric annealing furnace is primarily used for stress-relief annealing of clad plates. This process eliminates internal stresses generated during manufacturing, enhancing material stability and uniformity.
Plate Welding Machine
The plate welding machine is mainly used for welding large-width clad plates and raw materials. Fugo’s high-performance welding machine ensures the flatness and precision of the welded plates, reducing manual labor and improving processing efficiency.

Processing Characteristics of Titanium

Titanium's high strength and resistance to corrosion come with processing challenges. Due to its reactivity at high temperatures, titanium requires specialized handling during fabrication. Welding titanium necessitates an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation, often achieved through gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) in controlled environments.

Machining titanium involves high-speed tools and effective cooling to manage its tendency to work-harden and generate heat. Titanium's reactivity at high temperatures necessitates specialized handling during fabrication.

For welding, titanium requires an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation. This is typically achieved using gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), where precise control of the welding environment is crucial. The process involves maintaining a protective gas shield, such as argon, to prevent contamination and ensure weld integrity.

By leveraging our specialized knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment, Fugo Tech delivers titanium products that meet the demanding requirements of industries such as petrochemical and metallurgy.

Our expertise in managing the intricacies of titanium processing not only enhances the performance and durability of our products but also reduces the risk of fabrication-related issues, ensuring reliable and effective solutions for our clients.
